Postnatal Training
We’re thrilled to introduce our new Postnatal Class, designed specifically for mums returning to training after pregnancy.
Led by a certified postnatal coach, this class focuses on helping you rebuild strength safely, restore confidence, and move well again.
Each session includes:
- Core and pelvic floor recovery
- Strength and stability foundations
- Mobility and posture work
- Gentle progressions tailored to your stage of recovery
And because we know childcare can be a challenge — babies are absolutely welcome in their pram in the designated area, so you can train with peace of mind while keeping your little one close.
Music will be kept low to not disturb the babies allowing you to focus on recovery and rebuilding your strength.
